Can't claim our own team

I'm the captain of Dunderpatrullen (my username at CTFTIME is TheFinalBoss), a team which has been created automatically without any members. We have participated in many CTFs, but we are unable to claim the team. All of our members have tried to claim the team, and I have been waiting on an email response for 6 months. Help!

Just tagging along on this one. Same issue for me with the CTFtime name FwiendlyGhost and team 0xDR.
We have also tried submitting requests many times without any response.

As of today 11/16/2025 the problem persists. Can't join my own team as well. On the platform, the team is empty.

I just randomly tried to join the team again today, and it just magically worked. I have no idea why it worked this time. Weird!
