unrestrict class changes and inline module requirements

Currently, the default snippet must be inline and the head with <script type="module">

 We should also allow it to be used to be called whenever, so we can get it for stats purposes 
With this option, the ```window.obs``` will have its properties defined by evaluating on demand (time of script running)
