Copy and Paste Removes Links

Issue Description

I'm trying to copy and paste content that includes a link from one section of the document to another.
I'm expecting the content to copy as it existed before.
What actually happened is any links were removed.

Please consider fixing this bug. It is seriously limiting the usability of the editor.

Related issue: it is not possible to copy just a link in Prosemirror editor window. The HTML in clipboard does not contain any directly pasteable text and looks something like this:
