Steps to Reproduce

1. Update `@commitlint/cli`, `@commitlint/config-conventional` and `@commitlint/types` to `20.0.0`
2. Observe the error when commiting

Running `if [ -z "$CI" ]; then bun commitlint --edit $1; fi` as `commit-msg` hook.

Current Behavior
