Broken link in README – "Download Workbench for Docker"

I noticed that in the repository README, the link for:

Download Workbench for Docker

is not working (it leads to a missing or inaccessible page).
Please update the link or provide the correct location for downloading Workbench for Docker.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the README at: https://github.com/controlm/automation-api-quickstart
2. Scroll to the "Control-M Automation API quickstart" section.
3. Click the "Download Workbench for Docker" link.
4. Observe that it results in an error/page not found.

Expected behavior:
The link should open the latest working download page for Workbench for Docker.
