[Dev] Passing constraint codimension

@jbcaillau There is a new version of CTModels: v0.4.0.

The breaking change is that you have to provide the time dependence to the PreModel before building. See here.

Not breaking but possible updates:

• Component wise definition of the dynamics.¹
• More checks: you can use codim_f to have more checks. The example here must error.

@ocots for :initial and :final constraints, now treated as subcases of :boundary in onepass, we know the codimension of the function defining the constraint: it is equal to the range addressed. i will pass it via the kw codim_f when calling constraint!. in all other cases, i will pass for codim_f the length of the not nothing bound given (at least one).
