What do you want to see in the Companion?

We're starting a new initiative to open source our knowledge and would like the entire community to tell us what you want to see. Topics could range from anything you need (libraries, tools, advice on your career, etc) to just wanting to bounce ideas from other people (engineers, managers, founders, etc). Let us know! ;)

A few topics that came to my mind:

• what are the best product/project management tools?
• recap of the methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc), their pros and cons, when to adopt one vs the other
• how to foster a good atmosphere and communication in a remote team (any tips?)

Most of us have technical roles and transitioning to a new role that includes some management can be daunting. I think that having some basic knowledge around what to expect and have resources could be valuable.

@Alexandre-Georges Great ideas -- let's turn some of these into full articles + document some of the best practices in The Reference Architecture (where we document all the best practices for everything).

What do you use in your company now? I'm gonna assume the usual Agile + some Kanban board? What about your best practices to remote team culture? I want to hear your opinions too. ;)
