Language Translation Grader only gives partial red feedback

The language translation grader doesn't appear to be working properly. For example, when previewing your `index`, *Parsons 4* only shows red feedback for indentation issues, but if a block is out of order, it is not highlighted red. This also appears to be an issue in Parsons 3 (Unit Test Grader).
