FOSRest bundle upgrade to 2.x

FOSRestBundle 1.x is no longer maintained, 1.8 only receives security fixes. Please upgrade to FOSRestBundle 2.x as soon as possible.

Please, upgrade it and this is a good reason to add some video about upgrade in the series.

If you don't want to change source course because in this case, it will be different with video content I propose to add another branch called rest-2.0 with upgrade.

Thanks, I agree this should be done. I have added this to my to-do list. I'm unsure of a timescale, hopefully ~2 weeks given my current workload.
