Telemetry carrot: show model popularity

When the user has Telemetry enabled, we should show the relative popularity of each model on a COUNT(GROUP_BY(USER, DAY)) basis. I think it suffices to show "🥇" 🥈 and "🥉" for the first, second, a third most popular models. Emojis can be replaced by something prettier in the future.

Showing this information requires a light SaaS and an outbound network connection to our servers, so it fits nicely as a carrot for enabling telemetry.
