_ttl not preserved

Hi,

I am using the 1.4.2 reindexing jar and elasticsearch 1.4.4 and we have issues using this pluggin as the _ttl and _timestamp fields are not preserved when re-indexing to a new index meaning data is not purged when the retention period lapsed.

Is this a issue that is fixed in later versions of the reindexing jar?
