Enhancement: Secondary Partners Layout Updates

### Describe the Current Behavior/Feature:

Changes to desktop only!
- Adjust the 50-50 split (text to image) to something closer to 60-40. This will provide more space for text.
- Squash the cards based on the new largest card.
- All cards should be the same size (size of the largest card).
