allow filtering out expired postings #52
Description
If #51 is resolved in some way it would be nice to allow job seekers to only see active postings. So these could show either postings done within 60 days or that have be refreshed for an additional period of time.
The view of all postings ought to be preserved somewhere. As a hiring manager it is super useful to be able to all past postings.
