Can this enable autoscaling on seconder indices?

Dont see an example of autoscaling the index- maybe I missed it. Can this module apply autoscaling settings to table and indices?

@aknysh how do you deal with the lifecycle issue with capacity?

I had to do this for tables so when capacity scales up terraform doesn't change it back:
ignore_changes = ["read_capacity","write_capacity"]

Dont you have to ignore the entire global_secondary_index resource for scaling to work on indices?

@aknysh is there already a solution for this problem?
So if you enable autoscaling on the global_secondary_index terraform does only ignore read_capacity, write_capacity from the table and not from the global_secondary_index.
