Support for Jackson 3.x

We are currently using the library `cloudevents-json-jackson:4.0.1` in our project, which depends on **Jackson 2.x**. As we are migrating to **Jackson 3.x**, we need this library to be compatible with the newer version.

Are there any plans to provide support for Jackson 3.x?
