MediaDC Tasks are not executing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install MediaDC (and it's requirements) on Nextcloud on NixOS
2. configure it
3. Queue a Task
4. Nothing happens

I've read through #179
and couldn't find any solutions there

Same problem. Tasks are created and that's it. Nothing happens. No errors in logs.

I still have the same problem, I just wrote my own program to with a Cron job to get rid of duplicates
