Carousel reset only on iOS when device's orientation change

Hi,
I've recently created a new project with your xamarin-forms-carouselview and I've found that the carousel scroll to the first view on iOS when I change the orientation of the device.
On Android, the view currently selected stay and don't reset.
How can we have the same behavior on iOS and Android ?

Have you a workaround for keep the selected index/item when I change the device's orientation ?

The index restart to 0 after orientation changed.
