SLSA sample contracts only include build track sample

SLSA 1.2 includes a new Source Track that will be soon supported by Chainloop. A new sample contract for the source track compliance would help users to follow the SLSA guide (https://docs.chainloop.dev/guides/slsa) with Source Track support.
