Naming Schema

It would probably be best to do one of two options.

1. Name the GUI files "cbsd_jail_..." so the jail and VM managers can be separate extensions
2. Integrate the entire CBSD (jail and VM) into one extension

My preference would be 2 to keep things organized.
Thoughts?
