can-jquery should make $.fn.data() interop with domData get() and set()

When upgrading from CanJS 2.x to 3.x, the separation of {{data}} stache helpers and the jQuery data() method is a source of persistent annoyance. There is no good reason for these to not point to the same data store.

There might be good reasons. One module might want one behavior, the other another. Perhaps {{$data}}
