[ BUG ] privileged key access does not appear to work on iOS or Andriod

Scene

Identity panel, attempt to reveal the privileged key.

Result

• On iOS nothing happens
• Android the password prompt comes up but the password doesn't work.

PasswordRetriever needs to be wired up to a modal, and there should be the option to:

• Save a copy of the password behind a biometric.
• Retrieve the password from the biometric "secure" store rather than showing the modal, if it is saved.
• Not use biometric, not save the password, and enter it manually every time.
