Usage

To load the CSV Exporter tool, press Ctrl+Shift+C with Excel active.

Click any image for a larger version, if available.

To indicate the desired output folder, click Select, browse to the folder, and click Select in the picker dialog (here, choosing C:\).

Enter filename

Choose number format and delimiter

Select append or overwrite

Select the desired range to output in a worksheet

Click Export

Notes

The dialog box for the tool is modeless, so you can leave it open while navigating worksheets and/or opening new workbooks in order to find the data to export.

Alternatively, as long as Excel remains open and no uncaught errors occur, the dialog stays in memory even when it's been closed. Thus, it will remember the folder, filename, and other settings when it's reopened with Ctrl+Shift+C.
