When deploying to cluster, provider uses node public IP instead of cluster ip

Terraform returns auth error:
Error: failed to open SSH client: unable to authenticate user "root" over SSH to "81.zz.yy.xx:22". Please verify that ssh-agent is correctly loaded with an authorized key via 'ssh-add -L' (NOTE: configurations in ~/.ssh/config are not considered by the provider): failed to dial 81.zz.yy.xx:22: ssh: handshake failed: ssh: unable to authenticate, attempted methods [none password], no supported methods remain
How to force provider to use local interfaces?

In my PROXMOX_VE_ENDPOINT I have pve01 address: https://10.0.20.1:8006
when i am deploying using node_name=pve01 in resources proxmox_virtual_environment_file, proxmox_virtual_environment_vm, proxmox_virtual_environment_download_file, everything works perfectly.
But when I change node_name=pve02, while leaving PROXMOX_VE_ENDPOINT=https://10.0.20.1:8006 (pve01 endpoint) it tryes to auth on pve02 using not 10.0.20.2, but using its public ip.
