How to make Web Speech API's microphone continue working when there is no speech.

I have 2 opened windowses at the same time. One with running application which provides speech in english and the other is Web Speech API captures this speech. I want to make Speech API microphone works permanently all the time until I switch it off myself. How to disable auto stop of capturing?
