Who voted for each issue block

One of the goals of the survey is to create a kind of discussion about priorities. I believe that making the voting process and transparent as possible facilitates this kind of exchange.

I would like to see a block on each feature pages that lists the individuals that voted for that issue. We had this on the original survey site.
