* Added -EdgeZone and -ResourceType parameter to New-AzSnapshotUpdateConfig and Get-AzComputeResourceSku

* Removed Space

* Refactored code in ResourceSkuMethod and updated Help docs

* Updated Changelog.md file

* Removed unused ResourceType parameter
