[Compute] Added -SkipIdentity, -PathUserIdentity, -IsTest to Set-AzVMAEMExtension (Azure#20597)

* features: -PathUserIdentity, -SkipIdentity, IsTest

* re-record tests and add tests for new properties

* added description to  and fixed null exception

* revert ComputeTestRunner

* add suppress messages

* fixed comments, doc and paramPos as per Azure#20597

* removed skip tests as requested
