This project page says the license is ISC AND (Apache-2.0 OR ISC), but the crate you've submitted to crates.io says the license is ISC AND ( Apache-2.0 OR ISC ) AND OpenSSL. This distinction matters, since the license you've posted to crates.io makes this project incompatible with GPLv3.

This repository contains three crates: aws-lc-rs, aws-lc-sys, and aws-lc-fips-sys.

• Source code for aws-lc-rs is licensed under "ISC AND ( Apache-2.0 OR ISC)"
  • This aligns with what we have indicated here.
  • All Rust code in this repository, including the Rust code for aws-lc-sys and aws-lc-fips-sys, is likewise licensed in this way.
• Licensing for our aws-lc-sys and aws-lc-fips-sys crates is more complicated as, in addition to Rust code, they contain source code from AWS-LC. Some of the code in AWS-LC is derived from work done for BoringSSL and OpenSSL. The licensing for AWS-LC is described here. Due to this, the licensing for these crates is "ISC AND ( Apache-2.0 OR ISC) and OpenSSL"
  • This aligns with what we have indicated here and here.
