Add Support for deployment of AI Agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore

AWS has launched Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, the simplest way to get your AI Agents to production. We will add a lab that covers this feature.

STATUS: Currently, Workshop Studio does not support AgentCore. This is on hold until support comes.
