Support for ACK EC2 Controller - TransitGateway Attachment resource

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Per the ACK documentation, ACK has a resource for TransitGateway here - https://aws-controllers-k8s.github.io/community/reference/ec2/v1alpha1/transitgateway/ , but can't seem to be find the relevant resource for TransitGatewayAttachment

Describe the solution you'd like
CRD for TransitGatewayAttachment support in ACK. Also ability to adopt existing TransitGateways and TransitGatewayAttachments
