Bundle upload not completed

env: prod, org: shelter

Issue:

• On uploading bundle from prod to UAT, not all fields are updated
• In Member Registration form in Personal information form element group, in prod there are 16 questions, but only 14 questions showing up after upload
• Select the type of disability and If no, was it a cesarian fields are missing.
• There is difference in total and completed rows.

• Metadata zip bundle upload fails entirely but status is marked as Completed avni-server#929 could be related

AC:

• Bundle upload should be successful with all data updated
• In logs, mention batch job uuid - currently difficult to track logs of a particular job

Technical analysis:

Looks like the same issue as avniproject/avni-server#929 There are conflicting form elements with the same display order which are the ones that got skipped.

@1t5j0y yes but we need to fix such that bundle upload is completed, since users can change the display order or insert new form elements that can changes the order.

@mahalakshme did not look at fixing the issue since avniproject/avni-server#929 was slotted for 17.0

@1t5j0y okay, I will mark avniproject/avni-server#929 as duplicate and close it. Shelter being self-service affects their capability to work by themselves because of this issue. And since it looked like the issue has come up 2nd time now, had mentioned release of this issue as 16.0.1.
