Incorrect timeout error shown despite successful template application

Describe the bug
When applying the "Waste Management" template, a timeout error is displayed even though the template appears to have been applied successfully (evidenced by Subject Types and other data being visible).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply "Waste Management" template
2. Observe timeout error message
3. Check Subject Types section and confirm template was actually applied

Expected behavior: Show success message when template is successfully applied, not timeout error.
