Template application UI doesn't show applied templates or prevent re-application

Describe the bug
When applying templates, the interface doesn't show which templates have already been applied and allows users to select the same template again. Applied templates should be visually indicated and disabled for re-selection.

Expected behavior:

• Show which templates have been applied
• Disable already applied templates from being selected again
