ETL out of memory issue

Prod ETL stopped running on 25 July

Vinay's comments:

There is a slow memory leak happening - 150MB increase over 36 hours (4 MB per hour). The only way we can identify this is through a proper memory dump taken after around 24 hours.
All these objects are going into the old generation and staying there

Make sure ETL doesn't produce out of memory issue

For ETL, added JVM args to capture heapDump on OOM and also, kill process on OOM.

@himeshr I will move this to consecutive release but keep the card on hold - i think OOM issue will happen soon - so that we don't forget
