misc shuttle fixes

as talked about on discord these should be fixed
carft->craft
no comment about fighter ids being sequential after the main vessel ID
fighter ID's are deleted after the main ship
fighter ID's are kept between relaunches

to test
do replacement fighters take the id of old fighters?
