v2-dashboard: create `30 days open source series` sheet

Summary

We are creating an open source series on youtube. so we wanna create a sheet on the site so that users can have a consolidated place to get the access of whole sheet.

Problem

currently, we don't have it.

Proposed Solution

objectives:

• sheet should be extensible so that more steps can be added or reduced easily
• sheets ui should match with the vibe (you know it :)) of the opensox.ai ui
• sheets' contents (text, video, etc) should be optimized
• each step in the sheet will have three main components
• doc (notes)
• video (yt embedding probably, lmk if you have a better idea)
• completion check (for the premium plan)
• each doc (notes) should be downloadable in pdf form

possible layout (feel free to make suggestions and improvements)

NOTE: there will be additional bounties if you make it really great or do some other extra things. 🙏
