Bug horizontal layout when changing window size

Hi, I've found this bug. Having a horizontal layout with middle window size it works good. But this occurs when you make the window narrower: Icons are cut.

The problem is when you make the window larger again, the navigation labels aren't show.

And then, if you hover the mouse over the navigation bar this occurs:
