Installing plugin as a dev dependency on README

Hey, I'm checking out your plugin and see the install instructions are to install it as a dev `-D` dependency 

```js
npm install -D @andrew-codes/gatsby-plugin-elasticlunr-search
```

In your demo site, the plugin is used as a normal dependency
