Description
As a user of this project's artifacts;
I want to find out what my machine learning knowledge/ability gaps are and how to work on them;
so that I can get to work immediately building on my practical machine learning skills/abilities.
- Create a visual roadmap of machine learning topics - this must be comprehensive, granular, and focus specifically on machine learning
- Provide links (URLs) to specific resources for each discrete topic - these resources must focus on the practical methodology (rather than pure theory)
