chore: remove temporary test documentation files

Removed temporary files created during workflow testing:
- PROPER_TEST_FLOW.md (test flow validation documentation)
- init-commit.md (initial commit placeholder)

These were used for testing the branch flow validation and are
no longer needed now that the workflows are validated and working.
