Expose smartDashesType and smartQuotesType on the underlying TextField, and disable them by default.

Expose `smartDashesType` and `smartQuotesType` on the underlying `TextField`, and disable them by default.
This fixes an issue where typing a " on the iOS keyboard would automatically be replaced by a “.
