Distributed Caching for Laravel portal

A way to keep cache synced across all instances of the portal which are up and running.
Probably implementing this with Memcache

Php 5 memcached required to be installed. And then 'app/config/cache.php' needs to be updated with this config.

For a non-container setup at 52-32-235-121 a single server setup is experimented.

To address the problem of distributed caching with at least two app servers running - containerized version of laravel on apache2 is tried using modification over external docker resource (from user eboraas). This currently running at ec2-52-14-33-15.

Challenge: Caching configuration is not picked up when running laravel inside docker.

TODO: Continue on investigating the blocker. Give 3 more days on building docker image file to run memcache on laravel inside the docker container.
