Make the 3 laravel portals to be visually different

The 3 laravel portals are served from the same code base at the moment.
Change the setup to allow customizing each laravel portal instance within an instance.

Additionally, we may also display some node information on the UI to understand where the loadbalancer is forwarding us to.
