Bug Report: OpenAI API Connection Failure with TransferEncodingError

Description

The application fails to connect to the OpenAI API when generating diagram of the certification vault repo, resulting in an incomplete response payload error.

Error Details

<TransferEncodingError: 400, message='Not enough data for satisfy transfer length header.'>
