This project is looking for an additional maintainer

To guarantee the longevity of this project and regular updates via this distribution channel, this project is looking for an additional maintainer for the following responsibilities, which is by no means exhaustive:

1. Maintaining the project
   1. updating and releasing the project to the latest upstream Hugo releases,
   2. keeping the documentation up-to-date with the development of the project,
   3. providing that the project complies with the latest and the best practices for Python packaging and distribution, and
   4. ensuring that the project is secure and free from vulnerabilities.
2. Triaging:
   1. i.e., triaging issues and pull requests,
   2. responding to user queries, and
   3. adding responses should there be a prolonged absence of the primary maintainer (@agriyakhetarpal).
3. Security:
   1. ensuring that the project is secure and free from vulnerabilities and in compliance with the latest best practices for security, and
   2. conforming and contributing to the security policy of the project (see SECURITY.md).
4. Code review and quality assurance:
   1. reviewing code contributions and pull requests,
   2. catching unnoticed bugs and long-term issues
