Add creating projects, workspace options in the same manner as aio app init

With aio app init you can create projects and workspaces.
It would be great to have the same option for aio console for consistency and convenience.

I think that this would be interesting for:

• Managing non-Firefly use-cases (projects created without the Firefly template)
• Automation use-cases (CI/CD, provisioning etc...)
