Is it possible to add a redirect to a data entry site?

Hello, please excuse me if I created a topic in the wrong section. I'm new to GitHub. I have a suggestion. Please add a redirect to the data entry site (172.0.0.1 / index). Because when I connect to the network, I only get a push notification with a link to this site, and if I try to go to any other site in the browser, I just get an error connecting to the Internet. It would be very good if you added this. Here's how it should work:

1. User connects to the network and opens the browser
2. When the user goes to any site (for example www.amazon.com) it automatically redirect to 172.0.0.1/index

I tested it on two devices. One of them sends a push notification of sign-in page. Another one directly opens the web interface of sign-in page.

But if i close push and then open site for example amazon.com
Browser say 'No ethernet connection'
