Add bash shell to docker

I have run into lots of issues with curl commands and deploying a new cert using the built in shell. As soon as I tested with the bash shell, everything worked perfectly. bash is a pretty standard shell with more flexibility and compatibility.

Please upgrade to the latest code and try again first. Maybe it's already fixed. acme.sh --upgrade If it's still not working, please provide the log with --debug 2, otherwise, nobody can help you.
