[Bug] Backing up only apk does not display reduced app size

Describe the bug

When trying to back up only the APK (so without backing up userdata), DataBackup will still display the size for "All items".

For example, if I have Spotify, which weighs ~20 GB, and select it, the setup screen will still show 20 GB in the "Storage" section, despite the fact that the actual backup size will be ~47 MB.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select app to backup
2. Choose to backup only APK
3. Click "Continue"
4. See "Storage" section

Expected behavior
Show actual expected size of the backup files. (In my example 47MB)
