Administrator account cannot be hidden

I don't want it enabled, I hide it, next restart, it comes back again, no only that, I had an issue with bluetooth, I fix it, then something happens and previous settings are restored somehow and it get broken again.

are there any custom script or task that keep applying you setting back again, please explain or fix newer builds...
